Meet Stephen

I’m Stephen, founder of Quizlit. I was born and raised in Scotland. As a young laddie I read a lot and English was probably my strongest subject at school. So naturally, I picked Engineering to study at University!

I’m of the vintage when I can remember going to the local library after school and coming home with a pile of books and two weeks to read them. So my love of reading started young and also my ability to read quickly!

After finishing my studies I stumbled into the Airline industry on the engineering side, and now looking back it was quite the stroke of luck. I was fortunate enough to live in the US and UAE and grateful for the opportunity to travel all over the world.

I recently retired and having a little more time on my hands has afforded me the opportunity to develop Quizlit. Its been a steep learning curve, but also lots of fun. Just wanted to thanks all the people who have reached out with support, very much appreciated.
